Hopefully we have got everything right for your security and ease of shopping. However if you find anything wrong with our site please contact us and we will try to rectify anything ASAP. We trust you will bear with us and thank you for your co-operation.

Discreet Packaging

Our packages are sent out in plain packaging with no mention of the contents or adult fun toys. If you have special requirements then please telephone us or email us and we will take care of it, usually at no extra charge. For example if you would like the parcel to be sent so as to arrive on a specific day, we will try our best, but we cannot be held responsible for the Royal Mail. We can also double package a delivery one box/bag inside another or make any arrangements you require.

Credit Card

Our trading company is BWS and discreet payments can be made via paypal or Google checkout, (coming Soon), whichever option you choose to pay with. BWS is what will appear on your credit card bill.

Cookies Policy

Just Rabbit Vibrators will not store any permanent cookie information on your local computer. A cookie is a small file held on your local computer specific for a domain or url. It can contain personal information that a web site might use, so for example next time you arrive at a site it remembers your name, preferences or even your credit card. We do not use this facility. Some companies use cookies to help remember who you were for your next visit. Amazon do this for their one-click re-ordering system, but because we do not retain your personal information once an order is processed there is no point. We believe that you have greater peace of mind knowing that our systems provide greatest security. For this, the small price to pay is re-entering a few fields for each order.

Prices

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at a rate of 17.5%. Except Books and other exempt items.

Unlike most companies we only charge a nominal £2.75 postage and packing, and orders over £50.00 P & P is FREE so you do not get penalised for a big order.

How can I complain?

If you have any reason for complaint, please Email or telephone us. We will investigate your complaint and make an offer to resolve it within 48 hours, but usually much sooner.

How can I cancel?

To cancel an order please email or telephone us. It is helpful if you have the order reference. Any order may be cancelled before receipt or within 7 working days after the day of receipt for a full refund. Refunds will be made as soon as the goods are returned or within 30 days whichever happens sooner. Goods should be returned to us at the customers expense. Goods Unreturned within 30 days may be collected by us at the customers expense and deducted from the refund. We reserve the right to charge a £5 or 5% (whichever is the greater) administration fee for cancelled orders.

What about my statutory rights?

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

When does the contract become legally binding?

The contract becomes legally binding when we accept your offer to purchase.
